Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before booking a repair service.

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Appliance Repair Facility Dubai ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our appliance repair services and website.
2. Diagnostic and Call-Out Fee
We charge a standard AED 150 call-out and diagnostic fee for all residential visits in Dubai. This fee compensates the technician for their travel time, fuel, and the professional expertise required to diagnose the appliance fault accurately.
Fee Waiver Policy: If you accept the repair quotation provided by our technician following the diagnosis, the AED 150 diagnostic fee will be entirely waived, and you will only be invoiced for the agreed cost of labor and spare parts. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after the diagnosis, the AED 150 fee remains payable in full before the technician departs your premises.
3. Estimates and Quotes
After completing the diagnostic assessment, the technician will provide an estimate for the repair. The estimate includes the cost of parts and labor. We reserve the right to revise the estimate if additional faults are discovered during the actual repair process. In such cases, we will not proceed without your prior authorization of the revised costs.
4. Warranty and Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our workmanship. We provide a limited warranty on all replaced spare parts (as per the manufacturer's terms) and our repair labor. This warranty only covers the specific parts replaced and the exact fault addressed during the original service call. It does not cover new, unrelated faults or user negligence.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 3 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time slot. Failure to notify us may result in a standard cancellation fee.
6. Liability
While we exercise extreme care in all our repair services, we shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or damage to property (including water damage from preexisting leaks) beyond the direct cost of the repair service provided.
